LOCAL ATTORNEY GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY

BIG SIS, Inc. presents a Community Family Fun Day and BBQ

Orlando, FL – October 26, 2011 – BIG SIS, Inc, a local 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, whose mission is to create opportunities for positive change in the lives of women and young girls, would like to invite the local community to join them for a fun filled community event.   

BIG SIS, Inc. will be hosting its First Annual Community Family Fun Day and BBQ on Saturday November 12, 2011 from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at The Village Square, 927 S. Goldwyn Ave, Orlando, Florida 32805.  By hosting this event BIG SIS hopes to improve community morale and involvement while feeding those in need and providing information on the many valuable programs and services available to residents of Orange County through BIG SIS, Inc.  This event is absolutely free and open to the public.  There will be bounce houses, face painting, games and live entertainment.  Additionally, there will be free health screenings.

Rosalind Johnson, Esq., Managing Attorney of The Johnson Firm, P.A. and founder of BIG SIS, Inc., where the motto is “Helping Women to Help Themselves,” feels that it is not only important for young women to excel professionally but equally as important to advance in your personal life and be an asset to your community.  Having broken the vicious cycle of generational underachievement herself, Attorney Johnson states, “I am in a position to empower and encourage young women. Despite the circumstances and challenges that many of them face, it is important for your women to know that they are strong, capable, and can overcome odds”.
