Meet Our Founder
Rosalind, is the visionary founder of Big Sis Inc., and is dedicated to empowering women and young girls to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential. As a local Orlando attorney, Rosalind’s personal journey is a testament to resilience, faith, and determination.
Her path to success was far from easy. Rosalind became a mother at just 15 years old but refused to let her circumstances define her future. With unwavering perseverance, she graduated high school in just three years and went on to earn her law degree—all while raising four children. Without a strong family support system or positive role models, Rosalind relied on her faith and inner drive to navigate the challenges she faced.
Her experiences fueled her passion to inspire and uplift others. Recognizing the barriers many women face, Rosalind established Big Sis Inc. to provide the resources, guidance, and encouragement she wished she’d had on her own journey.
Through Big Sis Inc., Rosalind continues to make a lasting impact, offering programs and services that empower women and girls to build brighter futures. Explore our programs to learn more about how Big Sis Inc. is creating opportunities and changing lives.
